Where do you ship Boston Harbor Distillery Products?
We offer shipping to the continental United States. Many of our orders are fulfilled through our partnership with Seelbach's (https://seelbachs.com/)
How long does it take to get my order?
We typically take about 48 hours to process orders and get them in transit to you. Then, depending on the method chosen, it's up to the shipper.
Do you accept returns?
All sales of Boston Harbor Distillery products are final, except for cases where product was damaged in transit. If your product was damaged in transit, please CLICK HERE to fill out our damaged product refund request form.

What are your current hours?
Mon-Thu: 10am to 4pm mercantile sales (or shop us online or visit one of our many retail partners)
Saturday: 3pm to 8pm & Sunday: 12:30pm - 6:00pm cocktails, light bites, sampler tastings and VIP Tours
Are you dog friendly?
Yes! All friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome in the distillery. Doggie meet ups are also permitted but due to limited capacity, reservations are required.
Is there parking available?
There is free parking available, alongside of the distillery only.
Do you serve food?
We're now offering light bits, such as cheese & charcuterie plates, sandwiches, salads and signature biscotti & Tiramisu made with Boston Harbor Liqueurs from Boston’s favorite Montilio’s Bakery.
What precautions are in place regarding COVID-19?
We take the health and safety of all our guest very seriously. We are currently adhering to all state-mandated guidelines and enforcing social distancing. Masks ARE REQUIRED, except while seated at your table. Mingling in the bar area is not permitted. In addition, we have plenty of hand-sanitizer and surface cleaners on hand.

In the NE, please work with the distributors listed above to secure our product. If you are from another area of the country, please contact Boston Harbor Distillery and we'll work to set up relationships with your local distributors.
Massachusetts Residents: If you live in Massachusetts, we can ship directly to your front door. Just place your order online and we'll get your order processes as quickly as possible.
Residents outside of Massachusetts: We are constantly looking to expand our reach with our products. Currently, you can purchase BHD products by visiting Seelbach's (www.seelbachs.com) or For Whiskey Lovers (www.forwhiskeylovers.com).
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, they are. All spirits, even those distilled from grains such as wheat, rye, and barley are gluten-free. That’s because during distillation, the grains containing gluten proteins that provide sugar and starch for fermentation are removed completely, and none of it is carried over into the final product, be that product whiskey, gin, rum or any other spirit.
